All members are invited to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the club which will be held on Thursday 30th January 2020 at St Ecgwins Club, 117 High Street, Evesham commencing at 7pm prompt in the small conference room on the first floor.
If you would like to raise any business for the Agenda or make any nominations for positions of office or to join the Management Committee they should be made in writing/email with a proposer and a seconder who are members of the club and sent to the Secretary at least 21 days prior to the meeting.
