Meeting Sponsor

We invite you to be the main sponsor for the European Final. Your company would be named in the title of the meeting, logo displayed on the meeting posters, programme cover and all publicity for the event. In addition, your company will receive a full-page advert in the programme. Your company can provide banners which will be placed around the race circuit and promoted over the public address system and access to our hospitality area. You would also be involved in the prize presentation at the conclusion of the event. You will receive ten complimentary tickets. 

Cost: £5000.00

 

Race Sponsors

We invite businesses and individuals to sponsor individual races throughout the event. Your name or company will appear in the programme next to your race and will be read out over the public address. You will receive a complimentary ticket to the event.

Cost: £50.00

 

Programme Adverts

We invite businesses to have an advert in the race programme. Your company will also be promoted over the public address and advertised on the club website. You will receive two complimentary tickets per advert. Artwork to be provided by yourselves. 

Costs: Full Page £200.00, Half Page £150.00 and Quarter Page £100.00.

 

Race Jacket Sponsors

We invite a business to sponsor the twenty race jackets worn by the competitors for the European Final, your company logo would be displayed on each race jacket which are worn throughout the racing and at the prize presentation. Your company would be involved in presenting the riders with a memento at the start of the event and you get to keep a race jacket at the end of the meeting. You will have access to the hospitality area, a programme advert and promoted over the public address. You will receive six complimentary tickets.

Cost: £2000.00

 

Trackside Banner Sponsors

We invite businesses to have a trackside banner advert at the event which will give much exposure to your company and your name will be promoted over the public address during the event. You will need to provide your banner to display at the event. Your company will also be promoted through our club website. You will receive two complimentary tickets to the event.
